Conceived as a celebration of the ephemeral archive of Toronto feminism. The inaugural Laboratory of Feminist Memory was held at Glad Day Bookshop on April 10, 2018.

LFM: Place and Displacement (2019)

The second LFM was held a year later on March 19, 2019 and was themed "Place and Displacement." Building on conversations about the disappearance of queer women’s spaces in Toronto, this LFM aims to remember the vibrant and magical spaces we once had, and to rebuild new intersectional queer feminist spaces.

LFM: Laugher, Joy, and Pleasure (2020)

Our final LFM brings together activists and academics to experiment with ideas & memories about feminism, the archive, and academia - where they converge, where they don't, and how to build feminist futures everywhere. The event featured a bunch of familiar faces from past LFMs, as well as newcomers who reflect the next generation of feminist media activists.
